This project was the largest restoration project in the history of Chicago with a stringent schedule. Couture Surfaces was awarded the project based on our reputation and reliability. Couture worked closely with the developer and contractor to introduce all-in-one waterproofing, crack isolation and mold remediation system with a 20 year commercial warranty. Our experienced mechanics installed 330,000 s.f. of Bottocino in less than 6 months. Couture Surfaces was credited with completing our work a month ahead of schedule.
